Spring Time Craft: Bird Nest Bags
Find a small mesh produce bag, like the bag from oranges or limes. Fill it with bits of string, yarn, straw, twigs, long blades of dry grass, pet fur, hair from a brush, feathers, stuffing from an stuffed animal or couch cushion, etc. Once it is full hang it from a hook on your porch or a in nearby tree or shrub. In a couple weeks do some bird watching in your neighborhood and see if you recognize any materials from your bird bag in any of the nests. Below is a picture of Ethan with ours.
